HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL JOBS

Healthcare International - a well established health maintenance organization (HMO) is currently recruiting to fill the following position:
 
Position: Head of Branch

Location: Kaduna Branch, Kaduna State - Nigeria.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee general branch operations
Monitor efficient performance of marketing operations through branch staff
Marketing of various health plans
Monitor quality value reports and ensure adherence to quality concept in daily marketing operations
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and process specifications
Co ordinate clients meetings/ presentations and monitoring of clients account on a regular basis
Provide overall leadership, motivation and direction of marketing and branch staff
Ability to work with computer programs
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
MBBS or B.Pharm or B.Sc Nursing.
Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience (experience in a health management organization is an added advantage.
