HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANISATION (HMO) JOBS

A fast growing Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is currently recruiting to fill the following position:

Position: Chief Health Officer (Operations).

Qualifications/Requirements:
All candidates must have MBBS plus MBA, MPH, or any advance Degree in Business & Management.
Doctors with experience in the HMO industry wanted for top level management and leadership positions.
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of marketing and operations of H.MO in Nigeria.
Must be sound in private health insurance, capitation policies, TPA, TISIP, MHIP, community health insurance, and school social health insurance.
Position requires skills in Provider network, case management, quality assurance, client services, client enrollment, claims management, financial reporting, revenue management, underwriting, business management and manpower development.
At least 5-10 years at senior management level.

Salary/Remuneration:
N7, 200,000 -7,500,000 P.A.
