The facility was set up to be a Standard First class Medical facility in Nigeria, providing outstanding Medical care in a supportive environment. Healing Stripes Hospital is looking for highly skilled personnel who is an expert in Clinical operations as well as holistic management of patients’ health, following standardized updated guidelines and procedures.

Position: Director, Clinical Services

Objective/Purpose of the Job: To ensure a seamless duty from the clinical team through regulated quality control and standard of operations lay out.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervises all Clinical Service unit staff and ensures they work effectively in line with regulatory requirements and standards.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care services
Monitors and provides general care to patients.
Liaises with consultants to ensure effective service delivery.
Performs surgery, admit and treat patients.

Qualifications/Requirements:
A minimum of M.B.B.S and a Fellowship in either Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/surgery.
Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role with a current practicing license.
