Position 1: Client Service Executive (Nurses).

Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.
 
Job Description:
Ensure prompt resolution to clients’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
Sorting and registration of clients’ forms.
Sorting out forms for ID card production and verification of ID cards before delivery to clients.
Verification of enrollee list and ensuring delivery to the providers.
Monitoring and maintaining of clients filing system for renewals, payments and update of staff list.
Maintains effective relationships with existing and potential customers in the most effective, efficient and professional manner.
Maintains relevant hard and electronic copies of customer files.
Attend to client request, complaints/enquiries and proffer solutions based on NHIS guidelines and MHS policy and benefit package.
Participate in Health Talks and enlightenment forum.
Maintains effective communication channel and carry out periodic visits of clients and providers (Private and NHIS).
Coordinate NHIS activities in the branch.
Education of NHIS enrollees on workings of the benefit package.
Report all complaints received to Head office and ensure prompt resolution of complaints received.
To submit weekly report and monthly summary to Head, Customer Care.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Single/double qualified nurse with HMO experience
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Position 2: Claims Officer/Care Coordinator  (Nurses).

Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.
 
Job Description:
Analysing and processing of NHIS fee-for-service claims
Checking enrollee status and approval
Vetting bills according to NHIS tariff
Noting discrepancies on the bills and writing or return of claims to affected provider
Posting of issued cheques for paid claims
Attachment of bill analysis to paid claims
Filing of all paid claims
Computerized processing of NHIS data.
Assisting in processing NHIS capitation
NHIS registration of enrollees
Visitation of NHIS providers / parastatals
Documenting / imputing of NHIS primary providers bank details
Giving of approvals to secondary providers for NHIS enrollees
Payment of NHIS providers capitation to banks
Notification through correspondences and calls to NHIS providers on payment of capitation to their bank account
Filing acknowledgement copies/receipts of capitation
Attending to calls on NHIS enrollee providers
Attending to NHIS enrollee complaints on omission of names or changes in ID cards (Registration)
Assisting in enrollee enlightenment on the operation of NHIS
Answer call professionally.
Respond to customer enquiries.
Research required information using available resources.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide customer with product and services information
Enter customer information
Accept/process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Produce call reports
Maintain complaints file (NHIS)
Resolves enrollee complaints in Hospitals.
Proffer referral centre and codes when necessary to providers.
Proficient in relevant computer application.
Other duties as assigned.

Position 3: Health Maintenance Officers

Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.
 
Job Description:
Ensure provision of excellent customer service.
To ensure waste reduction at all operating service point. This includes waste of time and resources
Ensures accurate registration process for new and existing clients
Co-ordinates Scheduling of  appointments according to established procedures
Ensures  reminder calls are made to clients in respect of their appointments
Ensures continuous training programs that will adequately develop and equip staff to function efficiently and provide necessary support in area of Health Maintenance Organizations.
Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the hospital is providing most especially as it concerns HMO’s.
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, investigating and solving customers' problems and referring as appropriate when need be.
Liaison officer between the HMO’s and NHIS on issues related to the enrollees
Liaison officer between the HMO’s and the hospital on issues related to the enrollees
Ensure that fee for service bills are sent out to the HMO, Retainers as at when due.
Ensure that only identified enrollees’ access care.
Ensure that treatment coverage is limited to the guidelines
Ensure that only well-defined referral qualifies enrollees to access care. All ambiguous referrals must be disqualified.
Ensures that referrals emanating from the hospital requesting for secondary management are sent out as and when due.
Ensures that referral approvals with details of the extent of care approved are communicated as appropriate to the necessary unit to provide such care.
Ensure that Doctors and other members of the healthcare team are well informed on the guidelines of managed healthcare and operate within its bounds.
Monitor prescriptions for investigations and drugs of MHC patients and prepares statistical analysis of these to serve as an audit tool in ensuring prescribers understand the operations of the scheme.
Ensures that doctors limit secondary care management to what is approved.
Ensures that approvals are in line with the guidelines.
Monitoring and ensuring payment of capitation when due.
Liaises with corporate relations and accounts units to ensure that clients that have exceeded their credit limits are barred from accessing care.
Ensure all patients on admission meet up with the admission requirement as indicated in the company’s agreement.
Ensure referrals are raised and approval is gotten for all managed healthcare secondary care cases on admission
Ensure that the Hospital software is at time working and collate reports for Management

Qualifications/Requirements:
A first degree
Must have a scientific aptitude and detail oriented
Be able to get and analyze information
Ability to make good decisions and solve medical related issues
Strong communication skills
Expert in  Judging the Qualities of Things, Services, or People
Multi-Tasking and Prioritizing
Good organizational and Managerial skills
Up-to-date with current issues in the medical field

Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Assisting and caring for others.

Position 4: Radiographers

Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.
 
Job Description:
Perform Radiographic and sonographic investigations on Patients.
Planning patients’ course of treatment with the Head of CSU
Calculating the radiation dosage and mapping volume to be treated
Explaining treatments and the processes used to the patients
Explaining the management of any likely radiotherapy side effects
Administering radiation treatment accurately and safely
Operating technical equipments confidently and efficiently
Keeping accurate records and producing them as and when required
Observing patients’ responses to treatment, often on a daily basis
Carrying out post treatment review and follow-up
Attending meetings and patient review
Liaising with other medical staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Radiography
Member of Radiographer’s Registration Board of Nigeria will be advantage
Good communication skills
Up-to-date with current issues in the medical field
Must have a scientific aptitude and be detail oriented
Be able to collate and analyze information and data
Expert in Judging the Qualities of things, Services, or People
Multi-Tasking and Prioritizing
Be resourceful.
