Position: Nurse (Call Centre)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.

Job Description:
Answer call professionally
Respond to customers inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and services information
Enter customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resources

Qualifications/Requirements:
RN, RM, BSc. Nursing
Valid practicing license.
Experience: 1-2 years
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Listening skills
Problem analysis

Telephone etiquette
Organizational skills
