Talent Specialist Hospital situated in Lagos state - Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Physician

Duties/Responsibilities:
Diagnosing diseases and accepting the sole responsibility for the diagnosis;
Assessing the need for medicinal therapy and prescribing the relevant medicines;
Providing information to patients about diagnosis, indications and treatment goals;
Monitoring response to medicinal therapy and when necessary revising the therapeutic plan;
Maintaining adequate records;

Qualifications/Requirements:
Applicants are to be suitably qualified and registered with their respective professional bodies where applicable.
Valid practicing license.
A minimum of 1 -3 years work experience.
Computer literacy is essential.

Position 2: Pediatrician

Duties/Responsibilities:
Advise patients, parents or guardians and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
Examine children regularly to assess their growth and development.
Examine patients or order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical condition and determine diagnosis.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and parents or guardians.
Monitor patients' condition and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.

Position 3: General Surgeon

Duties/Responsibilities:
General surgeons perform operations involving the endocrine system, gastrointestinal tract, liver, colon, and other major parts of the human body. As a general surgeon, some of the procedures you'll perform include appendix or gallbladder removals, colonoscopies, thyroidectomies, and bariatric surgeries. Some of these surgeries are minimally invasive and are performed using laparoscopic methods. Others, such as organ removal or transplantation, can be very invasive.

Position 4: Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Duties/Responsibilities:
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results.
Treat diseases of female organs.
Care for and treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
Prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Perform cesarean sections or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health and deliver babies safely.

Position 5: Ultrasonographer / Sonologist

Duties/Responsibilities:
At the beginning of a session, ultrasound technicians usually explain the procedure to the patient as well as program and adjust the scanner for the specific procedure. Unless the sonographer is making a video recording of the ultrasound images, he or she decides which still images, called sonograms, to capture and show to the physician for diagnostic purposes.
