Position: Head Nurse

 

Job Description:

Responsible for organising, monitoring and coordinating the team, also ensuring that organisational goals are met.

 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

Preferably female

45yrs - 55yrs

Minimum of (RN) Registered Nurse and (RM) Registered Midwife 

Minimum of 7 years progressive managerial experience in a dynamic & progressive medical organisation 

Leadership capabilities in developing other and strong executive presence

Strong interpersonal skills

Must understand and effect clinical governace

 

Salary/Remuneration:

Attractive salary with official car after a probationary period of 6 months
