Nigerian ace Actor, Olumide Bakare who was diagnosed with Heart and Lung disease has been discharged from the hospital.
Bakare, 63, had been lying critically ill at the University Teaching Hospital Ibadan since Saturday, January 2.
The veteran actor is in need of 7million naira for treatment, he says he cannot afford to pay the bill he accumulated at the hospital overtime.
He was diagnosed for blood clot in 2013 before it generated to “Dissecting Aortic Aneurysm and Pulmonary Embolism” which has to do with heart related issues.
A Dissecting Aortic Aneurysm and Pulmonary Embolism is when there is a blockage in the vein that takes blood to the heart.
Experts say the injection he takes cost him over N14, 000 and it’s called Clexane injection.
He lamented that the ailment has inflicted a huge strain on his finance as he has spent huge sums on his worsening health.
The renowned actor starred in popular TV series called Koko Close as Chief Koko.
He is also known for Ise onise (2009), Aye olorogun (2007) and Iboji(2008).
He has starred in more than 50 films since he ventured into the Nigerian movie industry.
