Chemonics is currently recruiting to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Deputy Country Director

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in international relations, public health, social sciences, management or a related field required
Minimum 7 years of experience managing large ($10-$50M) USAID contracts.
Proven expertise managing large teams
Deep familiarity with Nigeria's health system and its stakeholders at both national and international levels required
Proven analytical and writing skills

Position 2: Director of Operations

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in business, management, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience in a USAID contracting environment
In-depth knowledge ofUSAID rules and regulations, as they pertain to operation, procurement, administration, human resources, financial management required
Knowledge and proven experience in strategy development, staff oversight, program administration, contr actual compliance, and financial management of USAID health programs
Proven senior expertise in developing and implementing effective partnerships with partners, local government entities, other NGOs, and USAID.
Experience developing proposals and/or task orders for USAID required

Position 3: Finance Manager

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in finance, business or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience managing financials for large ($25-$75M) USAID contract
Experience working on an IQC mechanism highly desirable
Proven expertise in accounting and auditing, financial planning, and budgeting
Strong experience in planning skills and the ability to lead teams and function effectively with donors and multiple host-country counterparts in both the public and private sector

Position 4: Quality Improvement Advisor

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in public health, epidemiology, demography, economics, health systems or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in global health preferably in monitoring and evaluation, research, health systems strengthening and/or quality improvement
Demonstrated experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection, management and analysis, including proficiency in use of statistical packages and Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated expertise and understanding of quality improvement approaches
Successful experience presenting data and information in compelling ways to different audiences
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English

Position 5: Senior Technical Specialists

Qualifications/Requirements:
Individuals with proven experience in reproductive health, family planning, child health, malaria, gender integration, health governance, human resources for health, capacity building, behavior change communication, private sector coordination, M&E, and/or communications

Position 6: Operations Specialists

Qualifications/Requirements:
Individuals with proven experience in security, information technology, human resources.
