Qualifications/Requirements:
Applicants must possess the underlisted qualification and provisional registration with their respective professional bodies-
MBBS Degree or its equivalent
Primaries fellowship degree of not more than 6yrs
NYSC orexemption certificates
Birth Certificate or age declaration
Certificate of Full registration with MDCN
Current practicing licence
Local Government Identification Letter
