Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria is the foremost Approved Aviation Training Institution in Africa. It was established in 1964 with the mandate to produce highly skilled Aviation Professionals such as Pilots, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, Air Traffic Safety Engineers, Air Traffic Controllers, Airline Cabin Crew Personnel, Flight Dispatchers and other specialists for the aviation industry.



Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria in its AEROMEDICAL CENTRE is currently recruiting to fill the following position:



Position 1: Environmental Health Officer CON HESS Q6



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing Royal Society of Health Diploma for Public Health Officer or West African Health Examination Board Diploma for Public Health Officer/Environmental Health Officer.

Position 2: Pharmacist Grade II CONHESS 07



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate must possess a degree in Pharmacy and a registered member with the Pharmacist Registration Board of Nigeria and most have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps Scheme or Obtained the NYSC certificate of exemption.



Position 3: Staff Nurse/Staff Midwife CONHESS 06



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing both Nigerian Registered Nurse (NRN) or Nigerian Registered Midwife (NRM) or equivalent qualification who has duly registered with the Nursing and Midwife Council of Nigeria (NMCN)



Posotion 4: Nursing Sister/Nursing Officer CONHESS 07



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing NRN plus NRM who has duly registered with the NMCN with at least three (3) years post qualification experience. Evidence of Aeromedical attachment in a certified Aeromedical Centre is an added advantage.



Position 5: Optometrist CONHESS 09



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate must possess Doctor of Optometry (00) Degree or equivalent qualification registrable 'with the Optometrist and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria and must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps Scheme or Obtained the NYSC certificate of exemption.



Position 6: Medical Laboratory Technicians CONHESS 6



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing West African School CertificateiSenior Secondary School Certificate who has successfully completed three (3)-years training in a recognized health institution and obtained registration with Medical laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) with at least two (2) years cognate working experience.



Position 7: Medical Laboratory Technologist CONHESS 07



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing National Diploma from the Institute of medical laboratory technology. registration with MlSCN with bias in chemical pathology and work experience of at least three years.



Position 8: Medical Laboratory Scientist CON HESS 07



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing a University Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution. registration with MlSCN with bias in chemical pathology and work experience of at least three years.



Position 9: Health Information Management Officer CONHESS 06



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing National Diploma (NO) in Health Information Management.



Position 10: Higher Health Information Management Officer CONHESS 07



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing a good National Diploma (NO} in Health Information Management with at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience or possession of a good Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management plus NYSC discharge certificate.



Position 11: Senior Medical Officer II CONMESS 03



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification, registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MOCN) with at least six (6) years of post qualification cognate experience or candidate with postgraduate qualification in Medicine with at least 3 years post qualification cognate experience. Possession of at least a Certificate in Basic Aviation Medicine from a Certified Aviation Medicine Institution or

Aeromedical attachment will be an added advantage.



Position 12: Medical Officer CONMESS 02



Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate possessing Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MB; BS) or equivalent qualification, registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with at least three (3) years of post qualification cognate experience or candidate with postgraduate qualification in Medicine.
