Position 1: Medical Representatives
Locations: Lagos, Benin, Port Harcourt and Abuja - Nigeria.
Job Description:
Organising appointments and meetings with community and hospital based healthcare professionals.
Sales and promotion of company’s products within assigned territories and identifying and establishing new businesses.
Presenting company’s products to healthcare workers notably doctors, pharmacists and nurses.
Organising exhibitions, conferences, sales and medical meetings.
Writing regular reports
Qualifications/Requirements:
Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.Pharm degree with or without previous experience..
Position 2: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos State - Nigeria.
Job Description:
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets and promoting the company’s presence throughout assigned territory.
Operational performance reporting and advising senior management on maximising business opportunities and other market activities.
Monitoring competitor activities and developing a system for sales reporting and cycle meeting planning.
Observing performance of medical representatives on the field on regular basis.
Provide training and motivation for medical representatives so that they posses sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
A minimum qualification of B.Pharm degree.
Possession of an MBA will be advantageous. Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical sales and marketing and previous stint in similar position.
Experience in a multinational pharma company will be an added advantage.
