Heirs Care Solutions - our caregiver outfit is created to provide service, support and care system to the elderly who might be home bound with complex or multiple needs. Isolation and loneliness are serious problems for elderly persons whose health conditions confines them to their homes, overtime these may cause depression and feeling of helplessness, and with difficulties coping with their daily activities of living and housekeeping. We help to relieve loneliness, isolation and boredom for home bound elders, our services will be available to ease their stress and bring comfort.
Heirs Care Solutions is currently recruiting to fill the following position:
Position: Geriatric Nurses (Male and Female)
Job Description:
Consult and coordinates with health care team members to access, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer and records prescribed medication.
Record patients Medical information and vital signs accurately and completely in a timely manner and appropriate format.
Assist patient with such basic needs as dressing, eating and bathing.
Involves, educate and when appropriate supervise family or significant other in implementing best practice for older adult.
Prepare and escort patient during doctor examination and treatment of patient.
Promotes the desirable quality end of life care the older adult.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Relevant academic qualification
1-2 years' experience
Experience working with Seniors preferred
Current CPR/ 1st Aid Certification
