Davido hospitalised cum discharged on HWN ENTERTAINMENT

Adeleke David, aka ‘Davido’, has been discharged from hospital.

The ‘Aye’ crooner was reportedly hospitalised yesterday following the drama between him, his former lover/baby mama has been discharged from the hospital.

The music star revealed on Twitter he was just leaving the hospital, after treatment on Tuesday afternoon.

He however, did not disclose in clear terms the reason for his being hospitalised. He also mentioned that he was heading to the studios immediately he was discharged ‘to kill this osinachi remix’.

Recall that Davido and his lover and baby’s mother, Sophie, who are both unmarried, have been in a rancorous battle for custody of their baby girl, Imade.

The battle has become a full blown blown scandal with both parties throwing allegations at each other.

While Davido accuses his daughter’s mother of being irresponsible, Sophia Momodu and her uncle/cousin, media entrepreneur, Dele Momodu, are accusing Davido and his family of trying to use their wealth to take the baby away from her mother.

The war is on social media between Davido and his folks on one hand and Sophie, as well as Dele Momodu on the other side.

However, Davido is not the first popular Nigerian artiste to find himself entangled in what is now known as the ‘baby mama’ syndrome. At different times in their career, the likes of Tuface Idibia, Ice Prince, Timaya and Wizkid have had to accept responsibility for unwanted pregnancies. They had also faced the challenges of early fatherhood.
