Anambra State College of Health Technology, Obosi 2016/2017 Admission into OND, HND and Certificate Programme.

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the 2016/2017 session of the College for the following courses.

Department 1: Public Health Nursing
 
Programme:
Two Year Programme “leading to the award of HND Public Health Nursing.

Entry Requirement:
Five Ordinary Level Credits from  WAEC or NECO • The credits must include English and Biology.
Registered Nurse or Midwife

Department 2: Environmental Health Technology

Programme:
Four years Programme leading to the award of OND/HND in Environmental Health Technology

Entry Requirement:
Admission through/ Screening Examination by the College.
Five Ordinary Level Credits in English. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. Biology or Health Science. The credit must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC or NECO

Department 3: Environmentalo Health Technician

Programme:
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Diploma in Environmental Health Technician.

Entry Requirement:
Three Ordinary level Credits from In WAEC or NECO. The credits must include English, Biology, Chemistry, and at least a Pass in Mathematics and Physics.
 
Department 4: Health Information Management

Programme:
Three”Year’programme leading to the Award of OND/HND in Health information Management

Entry Requirement:
Admission through JAMB/Screening Examination by the College.
Five Ordinary level Credits from  WAEC or NECO. The Credits must Include Mathematics, English, Biology. Health Science, Chemistry or Physics and any other subject.

Department 5: Diploma in Commuity Health

Programme:
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Diploma in Community Health

Entry Requiremnt:
Five Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must Include English •. Mathematics,. Biology or Health Science and any other two subjects. The Credits must be obtained In not more than two sittings from either WAEC or NECO, or a combination of the two.

Department 6: Certificate in Community Health

Programme:
Two Year Programme leading to the award of Certificate In Community Health .

Entry Requiremnt:
Five Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must Include English •. Mathematics,. Biology or Health Science and any other two subjects. The Credits must be obtained In not more than two sittings from either WAEC or NECO, or a combination of the two.

Department 7:  Medical laboratory Technician In Training

Programme:
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Certificate in Medical laboratory Technician.
 
Entry Requirement:
Four Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must be in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and at least a Pass in Physics. These must be obtained at not more than three sittings of WAEC or NECO.

Department 8: Pharmacy Technician

Programme:
Three Year Programme leading to the award of Certificate In Pharmacy Technician

Entry Requirement:
Four Ordinary level Credits from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must be in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and at least a Pass in Physics. These must be obtained at not more than three sittings of WAEC or NECO.

Department 9: Medical Imaging Technology

Programme:
Four Years Programme leading to the award of Ordinary National Dlploma/HND In Medical Imaging Technology.

Entry Requirement:
Admission through JAMB/Screening Examination by The College.
Four Ordinary Level Credit from WAEC or NECO. The Credits must include English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and at least a Pass in Chemistry.

Method of Application:
All Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Five Thousand, One Hundred Naira (N5, 100.00) to the School’s Account NO. 5030032954 at Fidelity Bank Pic. A bank teller for the deposit must be presented to the School’s Bursar to obtain application form. Completed application form must be returned to the school’s Registrar not later than the application deadline. The form could also be obtained from any Fidelity Bank Plc branch in Anambra State, Nigeria.
